Land Art
Under the impulse of Marcel Python, co-founder of Frêtes Arts, a first Land Art event was organized in June 2015. Our duet JuMo took part in both 2015 and 2016 Land Art events and we plan to continue. At first, Land Art was not an expression mode on which we had actually reflected. We therefore took this opportunity to « jump in » without really knowing what to expect. The only constraint that we set ourselves to respect is to use material from the forest, without damaging it by means of tearing, cutting or chopping. Our approach is similar to our painting duet, we start without a preconceived plan and develop our common ideas as we go along. Land Art is still new to us and with experience we will probably refine and polish our ideas.
